Strategies to strengthen your domain reputation

When you send a campaign, some emails may get flagged as spam. There are numerous reasons why this might happen, and identifying the cause can be challenging.

Building a strong domain reputation takes time and is part of a strategies to strengthen  long-term strategy. A good sender reputation is crucial because it directly affects how email providers like Gmail or Outlook perceive your emails. If your sender score is low, your emails are more likely to be  as spam. A high sender score means your emails are seen as trustworthy.

 

New domains

When starting with a new domain, it’s importan strategies to strengthen t to start sending campaigns at a slow pace. Spread your campaign over 5 to 8 hours instead of blasting out all emails as fast as possible. This avoids overwhelming mail servers and signals email providers that you’re sending legitimate, non-spammy content.

For the best results, set your sending rate to {list size} / 5 / 60 per 60 seconds.

Frequency
